ProfitPlatform is an Australian-based SaaS business providing marketing automation software for small service businesses. We operate at profitplatform.com.au and our client portal at my.profitplatform.com.au.

- Name, email address, phone number, and business details when you contact us or sign up
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details)
- Business information provided during onboarding
- Communications you send to us via email or contact forms
Information collected automatically
- Usage data from your ProfitPlatform account (features used, automations run, messages sent)
- Technical data including IP address, browser type, and device information
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website
Information in your account (your data)
The contacts, conversations, and data you store inside ProfitPlatform belongs to you. We process this data on your behalf to deliver the service. See Section 8 for how this data is handled.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the ProfitPlatform service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates
- To send you relevant information about new features or changes (you can opt out at any time)
- To comply with legal obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- GoHighLevel — our underlying platform provider, which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy policy
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Twilio — for SMS and phone call delivery
- Other service providers who assist in delivering the platform, under confidentiality obligations
- Law enforcement or government bodies where required by law
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States by our platform provider GoHighLevel. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for analytics and functionality. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Make a complaint about how we’ve handled your information

8. Your Customer Data (Data You Store in ProfitPlatform)
The contacts, conversations, and business data you store in your ProfitPlatform account is your data. You remain the data controller. We process it as your data processor to deliver the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your own customers to communicate with them via SMS and email, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
You can export your contact data at any time from within your account. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is deleted from our systems.
9. Marketing Communications
We may send you occasional emails about new features, pricing changes, or relevant information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes by email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at privacy@profitplatform.com.au. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
