Subscription & Contracts

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Your subscription is month-to-month. Cancel at any time without penalties or fees. We don’t lock you in because we believe if we’re not delivering value, you should be free to go.

How does billing work?

Your $149/month subscription is billed automatically via Stripe on your billing date. Usage charges (SMS, calls, email) are deducted from a prepaid wallet in real time and your card is charged to top it up when the balance gets low.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalties, no cancellation fees, and no awkward phone calls. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Is the setup fee refundable?

The $495 setup fee covers the cost of our team’s time to configure your account. Because this work is done upfront, the setup fee is non-refundable once configuration has begun.

Usage & Wallet

What happens if my wallet runs out?

Your wallet automatically tops up from your saved payment card when it drops below a minimum balance. If the top-up fails, sending will pause until the wallet is replenished. You’ll never owe more than what’s in your wallet — no surprise bills.

How does the $40 welcome credit work?

When your account is set up, we load a $40 credit into your usage wallet. This lets you start sending SMS, making calls, and sending emails before your card is charged for any usage. It’s a one-time welcome credit — not a recurring monthly allowance.

What if I only use CRM and booking — not SMS or phone?

That’s perfectly fine. You still get every feature in the platform, but you only pay usage costs for what you actually use. If you never send an SMS or make a call, you never pay for SMS or calls. Your cost stays at $149/month.

Can I use my own phone number for SMS?

SMS and calling require a dedicated business number provisioned through ProfitPlatform. This ensures reliable delivery and compliance with Australian carrier requirements. An Australian mobile number costs $9.52/month from your wallet. The number is yours for as long as you have an active account.

Setup & Getting Started

Do I need to be technical to use ProfitPlatform?

No. We handle the setup and configuration for you. Once configured, we walk you through exactly how to use it. If you can use email and social media, you can use ProfitPlatform.

Can I bring my existing contacts?

Absolutely. We import your existing contact list as part of the setup process. Whether it’s a spreadsheet, export from another CRM, or a Mailchimp list — we’ll bring it across and clean it up.

I already have a website. Do I need to change it?

No. ProfitPlatform works alongside your existing website. We can embed booking calendars, chat widgets, and lead capture forms directly into your current site without any rebuild.

How long does setup take?

Most done-for-you setups are completed within 5–7 business days from when you return your onboarding form. Complex setups with custom automations may take a few days longer. We’ll confirm a timeline when you get in touch.

Support & Data

What support is included?

Email-based support for platform and technical issues is included with your subscription. Response times are typically within 1 business day. If you need hands-on help with strategy, campaign building, or custom automation design, consulting is available as a separate paid service.

Do I own my data?

Yes. Your contacts, conversations, and business data belong to you. You can export your contact list at any time. There’s no data held hostage, and no penalty for leaving.

Is ProfitPlatform compliant with Australian privacy law?

ProfitPlatform is built for Australian businesses and designed to support compliance with the Australian Privacy Act and Spam Act. You remain responsible for how you use the platform — we provide the tools to collect consent, manage unsubscribes, and handle data appropriately. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I get help with strategy and marketing?

Yes. We offer paid consulting for businesses that want expert guidance on strategy, campaign design, automation workflows, and getting more from the platform. Consulting starts at $150/hr and is invoiced separately from your subscription.
