Get in touch via the contact form or email. We’ll confirm your details, take the $495 setup fee, and begin your account configuration within 1–2 business days.

  • Step 2 — We ask you a few questions
We send you a short onboarding form — your business name, colours, services, existing calendar, contact list, and what automations matter most. This takes you about 10 minutes.
  • Step 3 — We configure everything
Our team sets up your CRM pipelines, connects your booking calendar, builds your core automation workflows (missed call text-back, appointment reminders, review requests), imports your contact list, applies your branding, and configures your email deliverability settings.
  • Step 4 — We test everything
Before we hand over the keys, we test every automation, send a test SMS, make a test call, confirm your calendar is working, and verify your email deliverability setup. Nothing goes live untested.
  • Step 5 — You're live — guided walkthrough included
We walk you through the platform — how to manage contacts, use the pipeline, check conversations, send campaigns, and monitor your automations. You leave knowing exactly how everything works. Your $40 welcome credit is already loaded.
